UNHCR Rwanda commissioned Key Aid Consulting to lead an independent evaluation to assess the relevance, effectiveness, cost efficiency, impact, sustainability, scalability and replicability of the “Pathways to Economic Inclusion and Self- Reliance of the Refugees and Host Communities in Rwanda through Scaling up the Graduation Approach 2022-2024” project.
