Evaluation of the 'Welcome. Working for Refugee Integration' Programme

This evaluation provides insights into the outcomes of the programme 'Welcome. Working for Refugee Integration', UNHCR’s main labor inclusion initiative in Italy. It aims to understand if and how the programme has produced changes within and for key stakeholders involved and to provide crucial data on the benefits and areas for improvement for different stakeholder groups. Its findings and recommendations will help improve the Welcome model and its implementation and inform the Multi-Country Office’s 2026-2029 strategic planning process.
