The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), established on 14 December 1950 by the United Nations General Assembly, kindly requests your proposal and price quotation for the Implementation of project: Enhancing Economic Participation and Self-Reliance of Refugees from Ukraine in Poland through Entrepreneurship Support, Training and Capacity Building

The subject solicitation can be found on the Supplier Portal (please access portal thru: How to become a supplier | UNHCR) under ‘View Active Negotiations’ by searching either of the following information:

We strongly encourage all interested suppliers to carefully review the SRFP document and all annexes before preparing their submissions, as failure to comply with the stated requirements and procedures may result in disqualification from the evaluation process.

UPDATE:

Please kindly note that the deadline for submission of proposals has been extended to 10/08/2026 11:59 PM Poland time.

We would also like to inform that Questions and Answered document has been added to the ERP system, triggering Amendment 1. Your acknowledgment of this amendment is required before proceeding. This step is required to gain full access to the necessary system options for submitting your offer.

In addition, please be advised that the updated versions of Annexes B1, B2, B3 have been uploaded and have replaced the previous version. We kindly ask you to refer only to updated annexes when preparing your submission.
