REQUEST FOR QUOTATION FOR SUPPLY OF SPORTS EQUIPMENT FOR SCHOOLS

The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), established on December 14, 1950 by the United Nations General Assembly, requests your price quotation for supply of sports equipment for schools specified in this Request for Quotation (RFQ).

We would appreciate receiving your quotation on or before 19 September 2025 at 16:30 CET by e-mail to [email protected] and [email protected].

Please carefully review the cover letter to identify the most important key dates, requirements, and evaluation criteria for the tender process.

Suppliers may submit quotations for one or multiple Lots/locations, as indicated in the Technical and Financial Offer Form (overview below). However, for each selected lot, the supplier must be able to offer all required items and successfully pass the technical evaluation. No partial offers per lot will be accepted.

Bid Conference:

We intend to organize a pre-bid conference to address any potential questions from suppliers and to provide comprehensive information regarding the items and requirements associated with the project.

Invitations for registered participants will be sent on the day of the conference, which will take place on the Teams platform on 08 September 2025 12:00 AM Central European Time.
