The Rwanda Country Refugee Response Plan (CRRP) for 2020-2021, is a coordination, strategic and fundraising tool established jointly by 16 humanitarian and development actors and in cooperation with the Government of Rwanda, with the objective to respond to the needs of Burundian and Congolese refugees, and members of their host communities in several regions of the country. In addition, the CRP supports the Rwandan returnees and the evacuation of refugees and asylum seekers from Libya to Rwanda as part of an Emergency Transit Mechanism (EMT).

Partners in this inter-agency effort are appealing for USD 163 million to achieve the plan’s objectives.
