UNHCR’s observations to the proposed amendments to Chapter 12 of the Norwegian Immigration Act on the use of coercive measures.
UNHCR , the UN Refugee Agency, has submitted our observations to the proposed amendments to Chapter 12 of the Norwegian Immigration Act on the use of coercive measures, including administrative detention of families with children, arrest, directed residence/residence restrictions and regular reporting to the authorities.
