In the framework of the UNHCR’s winter support programme as of 25 November 2016, 87,497 PTT Cards have been delivered and 430,274 persons of concern have been accessed. Partners supporting this programme; IMPR, HRDF, Concern Worldwide and ASAM. Donors supporting this programme; USA, Germany, Canada, France, Japan and Lithuania.
