UNHCR observations on Danish proposal to repeal sunset clause on deprivation of nationality on foreign fighters

UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency, has submitted our observations to the Danish government's proposed legislative measure to repeal the sunset clause of the Act on deprivation of nationality of foreign fighters of 24 October 2019.

In UNHCR's interpretation, this will make permanent the previously adopted regulations regarding administrative deprivation of Danish nationality of foreign fighters with dual nationality.
