Nour and Samra underwent 10 months of rigorous mental and physical training for the grueling challenge. What they couldn’t prepare for, is what actually happened.
The film made its European Premiere as the Centerpiece presentation of the Monaco Streaming Film Festival in Monte Carlo in 2021, after being part of the UNHCR Charity Refugee Film Festival in Hong Kong on World Refugee Day.
The film was also screened at the Cannes Film Festival, the European Film Market, El Gouna Film Festival, and Cairo International Film Festival.
