Personal data request form

This form is intended for donors, supporters, and website users whose personal data was collected through unhcr.org or UNHCR’s fundraising and marketing communications. 

If you are a refugee, asylum-seeker, or individual seeking assistance from UNHCR, please contact your relevant UNHCR country office or visit the UNHCR help site.  

The information submitted through this form will be processed by UNHCR solely for the purpose of handling your data protection request. 

UNHCR may retain certain personal data where required by legal, regulatory, audit, fraud-prevention, or donor accountability obligations. Where deletion is not possible, processing may be restricted instead. 

We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable period in line with applicable data protection standards.
