Request for Proposals (RFP): Security Guard & Reception Services – Japan

The UNHCR Representation in Japan announces the release of RFP No. RFP‑2026‑01 / 2613, inviting qualified and experienced service providers to submit proposals for the provision of security guard and reception services for the UNHCR office in Tokyo.

Overview

This RFP aims to establish a service contract with a professional company capable of delivering reliable, high‑quality security and reception services in line with UNHCR’s operational standards. The resulting contract will have an initial validity of one year, with the possibility of extension for up to a total of three years and 1.5 months, subject to satisfactory performance and operational needs.

• Submit the technical offer and financial offer separately in their designated sections.
• Proposals submitted via email or received after the deadline will not be accepted.
